# Listingrail

> Listingrail is a real estate listings API: one key returns live sale and rental listings from 18 property portals (20 sources, rent and sale) in 11 countries, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Rightmove, Idealista, ImmoScout24, Daft.ie and Bayut. Every listing comes back in the same JSON shape (price, address, coordinates, beds, baths, area, photos, agent), read from the portal at request time. Billing is per listing returned: 1 credit = 1 listing, and a search that finds nothing or fails at the portal costs nothing. The free key gives 100 listings once, for an email address and no card.

Authentication: send the key as `Authorization: Bearer re_...` or `X-API-Key: re_...`. Main call: `POST https://listingrail.com/v1/listings/search` with `{"source": "rightmove", "location": "Manchester", "type": "rent", "limit": 20}`. `GET https://listingrail.com/v1/sources` lists every source key with its countries, sale/rent and filters. AI agents can also use the remote MCP server at `https://listingrail.com/mcp` with the same key.

- Pack: $9 once for 2,500 listings ($0.0036 per listing), no subscription
- Starter: $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 per listing)
- Pro: $99 a month for 50,000 listings ($0.0020 per listing)
- Scale: $299 a month for 250,000 listings ($0.0012 per listing)
