Apartments.com API
Apartments.com has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Apartments.com rent listings (United States) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.
| Portal | Location | Type | Price | Remarks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apts.com | Austin TX | Rent | $1,295 | On market |
Is there an official Apartments.com API?
Apartments.com (CoStar) has no public developer API. The documented integration is an inbound listing syndication feed from property management software, set up by emailing feeds@apartments.com.
Access. Connect a listing through a property management system (AppFolio, Yardi Breeze/Voyager, RealPage, Entrata and others) and email feeds@apartments.com with the integration ID; manual verification. Larger buildings need an Apartments.com advertising contract.
Price. Apartments.com publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Sending your own rental listings (MITS feed format via PMS) to Apartments.com and CoStar's rental network (ForRent, ApartmentFinder, Westside Rentals and others).
What it does not. Reading or searching Apartments.com listings, exporting other properties' data or market rents.
