Why Listingrail

The widest live-listings coverage outside the US. Rightmove, Idealista, ImmoScout24, Kleinanzeigen, Fotocasa, Daft.ie, Otodom, Imovirtual, Hemnet, Bayut and Property Finder next to Zillow, Redfin, Zumper, PadMapper, Apartments.com and Craigslist. RentCast, ATTOM and Zillow's Bridge stop at North America.

One format. Every portal returns the same listing keys, so one integration reads all 17. With RealtyAPI or Apify scrapers each portal has its own API or output.

You pay for listings, not attempts. One credit per listing returned, from $0.0029 down to $0.0012. A search that finds nothing is free.

Alerts for new listings. Monitors watch a saved search every day and send new listings and price cuts by webhook or CSV, on every portal.

Start in a minute. A key by email with 100 free listings and public prices: no sales call, no MLS membership, no invite.

Questions

Which real estate API is cheapest?

It depends on the unit. RealtyAPI charges per request, so a search that returns many listings costs one request. Listingrail charges per listing returned, and Apify scrapers per result at $0.0019–0.0036 for Zillow. RentCast is the most expensive per call, but it sells estimates and property records, not just listings.

Is there an official Zillow listings API?

Not for searching Zillow.com listings. Zillow Group's developer APIs are invite only, and MLS listings need each MLS's consent.

Which API covers Europe?

RealtyAPI lists portals in the UK, Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Germany. Listingrail covers Rightmove, Idealista, ImmoScout24, Kleinanzeigen, Fotocasa, Daft.ie, Otodom, Imovirtual and Hemnet, plus Bayut and Property Finder in the UAE. RentCast, ATTOM and Zillow cover North America only.

Do I need property records or listings?

Listings are what is for sale or rent today, with asking price, photos and agent. Property records are ownership, tax and sales history for every parcel, listed or not. RentCast and ATTOM are record and estimate vendors; Listingrail and RealtyAPI return listings.
