Rental portals and how to ask them

Set source to the key below and location in the portal's format. The filters column lists what a portal takes directly; where the location column says so, a search link copied from the portal, filters set, works as location too.

What a rental listing contains

A check means the portal gives the field in most rental listings; a dash means it comes back as null. Every row also carries the portal's own record in raw.

A rental search

Two-bedroom rentals in Austin under $2,000 a month, from Zillow. POST it to /v1/listings/search; change source to read Zumper, Apartments.com or any other rental portal with the same code.

One live search per city, read through this API. Each page shows how full the fields are there, real rows and the rent spread.

Pricing

100 rental listings free, once, with no card. After that you pay per listing returned, the same on every portal. Daily rental alerts are on the monitors page.

One credit is one listing returned. A search that finds nothing, or fails at the portal, is not charged. Choose a plan.
