Kleinanzeigen API
Kleinanzeigen has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Kleinanzeigen rent and sale listings (Germany) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Kleinanzeigen API?
For real estate, Kleinanzeigen.de offers business customers an OpenImmo import over FTP to upload their own listings; there is no official API to search or read listings. FTP access is given only to customers who have booked a paid package. A general XML API at api.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de was mentioned in 2016; its current status is unknown.
Access. Book a business (gewerblich) package, then request FTP credentials from Kleinanzeigen, supplying email, full Impressum and a contact person. Enter host, provider ID, FTP login and password in an OpenImmo-capable CRM (e.g. FlowFact, onOffice).
Price. Kleinanzeigen publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Uploading and updating your own property listings in OpenImmo format (version 1.2.5 or later, partial sync); confirmation email per import. Imported ads are managed by the sender and not deleted automatically.
What it does not. Any read or search access to listings. Business customers without a package can only post manually. Kleinanzeigen.at and de.kleinanzeigen.com are different portals with their own partner lists.
