Daft.ie API
Daft.ie has no self-serve API for searching listings. Access is granted only on application. Listingrail reads live Daft.ie rent and sale listings (Ireland) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Daft.ie API?
Daft.ie has an official API (documented at api.daft.ie, version 3, with older SOAP/v2 versions) that requires an API key. According to its documentation, keys are for estate agent accounts and are obtained through the agent's Daft.ie account manager; there is no public signup. The documentation is still online, but no current evidence shows keys being issued to third-party developers.
Access. Agent account holders contact their Daft.ie account manager for a key (hex string up to 40 characters). Keys can be tied to agreed networks; searching across agents requires an 'Allproperties' flag set by Daft.
Price. Daft.ie publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Per the docs: search functions such as search_sale (and other search_xxx calls) and property data; in practice integrators use it to show an agent's own listings on the agent's website.
What it does not. Self-service access for developers who are not Daft agent customers. Some functions (e.g. agent_info) are reserved for Daft staff. An integrator (4Property) notes that not all listing details are exposed.

Which Daft.ie fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, country, lat, lng, price, currency, price_period, beds, property_type, listed_at, agent.name. Fields Daft.ie does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Daft.ie data?
