Imovirtual API
Imovirtual has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Imovirtual sale and rent listings (Portugal) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.
| Portal | Location | Type | Price | Remarks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Imovirtual | Vila Nova de Gaia | Sale | €350,000 | On market |
Is there an official Imovirtual API?
Imovirtual has no public API for reading or searching listings. Agencies and developers publish through an external program by XML or API, in practice through partner CRMs. Imovirtual is part of OLX Group, and the OLX Group developer portal lists Imovirtual.com among the marketplaces of its partner API for posting and managing adverts.
Access. Through a CRM that has an Imovirtual integration (help articles name eGO Real Estate, CASAFARI CRM, HCPro, Imodigi); the agency logs in to Imovirtual from the CRM to authorise it (Imodigi article describes a redirect login). CRM vendors register as partners at developer.olxgroup.com.
Price. Imovirtual publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Exporting an agency's or developer's own listings to Imovirtual, sync at intervals set by the CRM (from a few seconds to 30 minutes), export error notifications, leads from Imovirtual delivered into the CRM.
What it does not. Reading or searching other advertisers' listings, market or price data, bulk export of the portal's inventory.
