ImmoScout24 sells API access under contract. Listingrail reads live ImmoScout24 rent and sale listings (Germany) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official ImmoScout24 API?
ImmoScout24 has an official REST API (OAuth 1.0a) with a developer portal, a free sandbox and paid production use. A standard key reads and writes the listings of one ImmoScout24 customer who authorized the app; searching all listings on the portal (channel=is24) needs an extra 'Content Partner' permission that is applied for separately. The published price list (status 15 August 2022) charges by monthly API calls, starting at EUR 59 net for up to 20,000 calls.
Access. Business account only ('non-business accounts cannot be used for API access'). Keys are generated at selfservice.immobilienscout24.de for sandbox, production or both; generating keys accepts the API Terms of Use. Use case 'Kundenwebsite / Immobilienverwaltungssoftware' gives permissions for sending and retrieving the customer's own objects. Search across all listings requires the Content Partner email application from the getting-started section; a 403 response means a further permission request is needed.
Price. Price list PDF titled 'Real Estate Listing API', status 08/15/2022, monthly net price based on average calls of the last 3 months: 0-20,000 calls EUR 59; 20,001-40,000 EUR 139; 40,001-80,000 EUR 249; 80,001-160,000 EUR 419; 160,001-320,000 EUR 699; 320,001-640,000 EUR 1,099; 640,001-1,700,000 EUR 2,499; over 1,700,000 EUR 4,849. The developer portal says production use 'isn't free of charge' and points to the price section of its Terms of Use.
What the official route covers. Import/Export API: create, update, delete and list a customer's own real estate objects (all at once, no filtering or paging). Search and Expose API: search with filters, sorting and paging within one real estate type per request; with channel=hp only the authorizing customer's listings, with channel=is24 and Content Partner permission all listings published on immobilienscout24.de. Sandbox with anonymised test data.
What it does not. Private (non-business) accounts. Portal-wide search without the separate Content Partner approval. Searching several property types in one request.

Which ImmoScout24 fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, city, postal_code, country, lat, lng, price, currency, price_period, rooms, area, property_type, photos. Fields ImmoScout24 does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use ImmoScout24 data?
