Otodom API
Otodom has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Otodom rent and sale listings (Poland) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Otodom API?
Otodom has no public API for reading or searching listings. Its official route is the OLX Group API, which CRM vendors use to publish and manage their clients' listings on Otodom and to receive listing statuses. The older XML export still exists but Otodom says it no longer maintains or supports it.
Access. CRM software vendors register a partner account at developer.olxgroup.com (register?market=real-estate); the technical specification is shown only after registration. Estate agencies normally connect through a CRM that already has the integration (e.g. Asari CRM, IMO, Esti CRM, VixCRM, mediaRent, LocumNet Online).
Price. Otodom publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Creating, updating and removing an agency's own listings on Otodom in real time, listing status notifications, two-way data transfer between CRM and portal, messaging with users on the agency's behalf.
What it does not. Reading or searching other advertisers' listings, market data, price statistics, bulk export of the portal's inventory.

Get Otodom listings with Listingrail
POST this body to /v1/listings/search with your key. otodom takes Polish city ('Warszawa', 'Kraków', 'Wrocław' and other large cities), a region path from an Otodom link ('mazowieckie/warszawa'), or 'cala-polska' (apartments). One credit per listing returned; up to 500 per request.

Listingrail gives you a key for Otodom and 16 other portals at once: enter your email on the home page and the key comes with 100 free listings.
How much does the Otodom API cost?
We found no published price for an official Otodom API. On Listingrail one listing returned costs one credit: 100 free once, then $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 each) down to $0.0012 on the largest plan. Searches that find nothing are free.
Can I get Otodom listings in Python or JavaScript?
Yes. Send one POST request to /v1/listings/search with "source": "otodom" and a location; the examples on this page run as they are once you add your key.
Which Otodom fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, city, region, country, price, currency, price_period, rooms, area, property_type, listed_at, photos. Fields Otodom does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Otodom data?
Listingrail reads what Otodom shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Otodom's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
