Hemnet API
Hemnet has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Hemnet sale listings (Sweden) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Hemnet API?
Hemnet has no public API for reading or searching listings. Its official Hemnet BostadsAPI is used by broker systems (mäklarsystem) and builders to create offices, publish and manage listings and projects, and report final prices for Hemnet's market-share statistics. In October 2026 Hemnet announced free listings and that it will itself collect listings from agencies' websites.
Access. Through a broker system that is integrated with the BostadsAPI; brokers also need an Annons- och Förmedlingsavtal with Hemnet. The API site (integration.hemnet.se) has a login for existing accounts only, with no self-service sign-up.
Price. Hemnet publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Creating broker offices and getting their Hemnet ID, publishing and administering listings, Projects and ProjectUnits for new builds with impression reports, reporting sale prices of homes not advertised on Hemnet.
What it does not. Reading or searching listings published by others, sold-price or market data for third parties, any self-serve developer key.

Officially: Through a broker system that is integrated with the BostadsAPI; brokers also need an Annons- och Förmedlingsavtal with Hemnet. Listingrail gives you a key for Hemnet and 16 other portals at once: enter your email on the home page and the key comes with 100 free listings.
How much does the Hemnet API cost?
We found no published price for an official Hemnet API. On Listingrail one listing returned costs one credit: 100 free once, then $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 each) down to $0.0012 on the largest plan. Searches that find nothing are free.
Can I get Hemnet listings in Python or JavaScript?
Yes. Send one POST request to /v1/listings/search with "source": "hemnet" and a location; the examples on this page run as they are once you add your key.
Which Hemnet fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, country, lat, lng, price, currency, rooms, area, property_type, listed_at, photos, agent.name, agent.company. Fields Hemnet does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Hemnet data?
Listingrail reads what Hemnet shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Hemnet's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
