Most European property portals have no API for reading listings. Each table below says what the portal itself offers, with a link to its own page, and the Listingrail source that returns its listings as JSON. Official-API status checked 2026-10-27.

One request for all of them

POST the sample body to /v1/listings/search with Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY. Change source and location and the same code reads Manchester, Madrid or Hamburg. One credit per listing returned; a search that finds nothing is free. The docs list every field, and the MCP server gives Claude and Cursor the same sources. Compare vendors on the comparison page.

Questions

Does Rightmove have a public API?

No API for reading listings. Rightmove's official interface is a feed for estate agents and software vendors who upload their own listings. Listingrail reads Rightmove with source "rightmove".

Is there a Zoopla API?

Zoopla's public developer API has been shut down (Zoopla developer page, checked 2026-10-27). Listingrail reads Zoopla sale and rental listings with source "zoopla".

How do I get Idealista listings?

Idealista grants API access by application through its developer access request form, and says nothing public about prices. Listingrail has one source, "idealista", for Spain, Italy and Portugal; the location says the country, for example "roma, it".

Which European portals have an official API for searching listings?

Of the 10 portals on this page, one sells search access: ImmoScout24 in Germany, to business accounts under contract. Idealista and Daft.ie grant access by application. Six offer only upload feeds for agents (Rightmove, Fotocasa, Imovirtual, Kleinanzeigen, Otodom, Hemnet), and Zoopla's public API has been shut down. The tables above link each portal's own page.

Which countries does Listingrail cover in Europe?

The United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Poland and Sweden. France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria are not covered yet. One key, the same JSON listing format for every portal, one credit per listing returned.
