Fotocasa API

Fotocasa has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. Listingrail reads live Fotocasa sale and rent listings (Spain) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Fotocasa API?

Fotocasa's official integration lets agencies publish their own listings to Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Milanuncios (Fotocasa Pro) using an API key, usually through a property CRM. No official API for searching or reading listings was found. Market data is sold separately as Fotocasa Pro Data / DataVenues through the sales team.

Access. Agencies with a Fotocasa Pro contract (ad slots) get an API key following Fotocasa's Inmofactory guide and confirm the details with their Fotocasa business advisor; CRMs such as Witei, Inmovilla or Sooprema use that key. DataVenues is contracted via sales/demo.

Price. Fotocasa publishes no price for API access that we could find.

What the official route covers. Pushing an agency's own listings, videos, virtual tours and energy certificate data to Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Milanuncios. DataVenues (separate product) offers supply, demand, valuation and market reports.

What it does not. Reading, searching or exporting other advertisers' listings through an official API.

Questions about the Fotocasa API

Does Fotocasa have a public API?

Fotocasa has no API for reading listings. Its official interface only lets agents and their software upload their own listings. The details, with sources, are above on this page.

How do I get a Fotocasa API key?

Officially: Agencies with a Fotocasa Pro contract (ad slots) get an API key following Fotocasa's Inmofactory guide and confirm the details with their Fotocasa business advisor; CRMs such as Witei, Inmovilla or Sooprema use that key. Listingrail gives you a key for Fotocasa and 16 other portals at once: enter your email on the home page and the key comes with 100 free listings.

How much does the Fotocasa API cost?

We found no published price for an official Fotocasa API. On Listingrail one listing returned costs one credit: 100 free once, then $29 a month for 10,000 listings ($0.0029 each) down to $0.0012 on the largest plan. Searches that find nothing are free.

Can I get Fotocasa listings in Python or JavaScript?

Yes. Send one POST request to /v1/listings/search with "source": "fotocasa" and a location; the examples on this page run as they are once you add your key.

Which Fotocasa fields does the API return?

id, url, title, address, city, region, postal_code, country, lat, lng, price, currency, beds, baths, area, property_type, listed_at, photos, agent.phone, agent.company. Fields Fotocasa does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".

Is it allowed to use Fotocasa data?

Listingrail reads what Fotocasa shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Fotocasa's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
