Property Finder API
Property Finder has no self-serve API for searching listings. Access is granted only on application. Listingrail reads live Property Finder sale and rent listings (United Arab Emirates) and returns them as JSON with one key, in the same format as the other 16 portals.

Is there an official Property Finder API?
Property Finder offers an Enterprise API for agencies and their CRMs, used with its PF Expert platform. It gives an agency access to its own listings, leads, users and SuperAgent status, not to the portal's full listing inventory. There is no public self-serve API for searching all listings.
Access. Agencies on PF Expert get API key and secret through PF Expert (Developer Resources section); a token is requested with POST https://atlas.propertyfinder.com/v1/auth/token and used as a Bearer JWT. Integrations are built against a test account first; support contact integration.support@propertyfinder.ae. The documentation site api-docs.propertyfinder.net is password protected.
Price. Property Finder publishes no price for API access that we could find.
What the official route covers. Creating and managing the agency's own listings (each tied to a PF Expert public profile, a location from Property Finder's location tree, and at least one image), listing verification, locations and projects lookups, compliance data, leads, users, webhooks.
What it does not. Searching or reading other agencies' listings, the portal's market data, access for non-customers.

Which Property Finder fields does the API return?
id, url, title, address, city, country, lat, lng, price, currency, beds, baths, area, property_type, listed_at, photos, agent.name, agent.phone, agent.company. Fields Property Finder does not show a visitor come back as null, and every listing also carries the portal's own record in "raw".
Is it allowed to use Property Finder data?
Listingrail reads what Property Finder shows any visitor, at the moment you ask. How you use it is up to you: check Property Finder's terms and the data-protection law that applies to you, especially before storing agent names or phone numbers.
